weCount is a modern accounting firm specializing in personal and business finance. They wanted a new website for effectively communicating with their target audience and increasing client leads generated from their web interface. Their website features relevant and exemplar content of their product offering as well as a client ‘Sign Up’ portal to simplify their client onboarding process. In order to maximize communication within the website, we added a live chat function – visitors can ask question and chat with weCount customer service. Our design keyword was ‘simplicity’ – from the web interface to the ‘Sign Up’ process we prioritized simplicity to counteract the normally complicated nature of finances and accounting.
